Delivery Fleet Capabilities
SD Re Pallet operates its own fleet of delivery trucks, which gives us complete control over scheduling, reliability, and service quality. We do not rely on third-party carriers for pallet deliveries, which means fewer missed appointments, more flexibility, and direct accountability.
Our fleet includes flatbed trucks and stake-bed trucks equipped with onboard forklifts for self-sufficient loading and unloading. This is important because many of our customers do not have their own forklift or dock-height loading capability. Our driver arrives, unloads your pallets exactly where you need them, and leaves. You do not need to provide equipment or labor.
Flatbed Trucks
Our flatbed trucks carry up to 500 standard GMA pallets per load. They are ideal for truckload deliveries to warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities with dock access.
Stake-Bed Trucks
Stake-bed trucks are perfect for smaller orders and locations without dock access. They carry up to 200 pallets and can deliver to ground-level locations, construction sites, and temporary facilities.
Onboard Forklifts
Every delivery truck carries a forklift, so we can unload pallets at any location regardless of your on-site equipment. We place pallets on your dock, in your yard, or in your warehouse exactly where you want them.
Service Area
Our primary delivery area covers the entire San Diego County metropolitan area, from Oceanside and Carlsbad in the north to Chula Vista and Otay Mesa in the south, and east to El Cajon, Santee, and Escondido. This region encompasses all major industrial zones, commercial districts, and warehouse corridors in the San Diego market.
Delivery within our primary service area is included free for orders of 100 pallets or more. Smaller orders within the primary area carry a flat delivery fee. We also serve locations outside the primary area, including Temecula, Riverside, and southern Orange County, with mileage-based delivery charges.

Rush Delivery Options
We understand that supply chain emergencies happen. A key shipment comes in early, a customer changes their order, or your pallet inventory drops faster than expected. When you need pallets now, our rush delivery service gets them to you fast.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before noon for in-stock items can be delivered the same business day, subject to truck availability. Same-day delivery carries a rush fee but is the fastest way to get pallets when you are in a bind. Ideal for production line emergencies and unexpected shipping demands.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed by end of business are delivered the following business day. Next-day service carries a smaller rush fee than same-day and is available for both in-stock and freshly manufactured pallets. This is our most commonly requested rush option.
Rush delivery availability depends on current truck schedules and in-stock inventory levels. We recommend calling us directly for rush requests so we can confirm availability immediately.
Loading & Unloading Assistance
Every SD Re Pallet delivery includes full loading and unloading service at no extra charge. Our drivers are experienced with commercial and industrial properties of all types and can navigate tight dock areas, narrow aisles, and space-constrained yards.
For deliveries, our driver will place pallets at the location you specify: on your dock, in your warehouse, in a designated yard area, or wherever is most convenient for your operation. If you need pallets staged in a specific pattern for your forklift operators, our driver can accommodate that.
For pickups, our driver loads pallets from wherever they are staged at your facility. We ask that pallets be reasonably accessible and stacked when possible to minimize loading time. However, we understand that not every facility has the space or labor to prepare pallets perfectly, and our crew is equipped to handle real-world conditions.

Tracking, Insurance, Equipment, and Flexibility
Delivery Tracking
Know exactly when your pallets will arrive. For all scheduled deliveries, we provide an estimated arrival window (typically a 2-hour block). On the day of delivery, your driver calls 30 minutes ahead to confirm they are en route.
Managed program clients receive delivery confirmations via email or text with truck ID, driver name, pallet count, and actual delivery time for their records.
Insurance Coverage
All deliveries are covered by our commercial auto and general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of property damage during delivery or unloading, our insurance covers the cost of repair. Our coverage includes:
- - $1M general liability per occurrence
- - $2M aggregate commercial liability
- - Commercial auto coverage on all vehicles
- - Workers compensation for all crew members
COI (Certificate of Insurance) available upon request.
